Welcome to Henslee Farm Adventures! Ever since my family and I moved from the city to the country we have been having many adventures working and growing our 25 acres of land into a sustainable farm.  I thought it would be great to share with all of you our journey to sustainable living.  We are starting out slow, and we are learning a lot along the way, but one day we plan on becoming as sustainable as possible.  I have my parents to thank for the knowledge that I have.  They have past down to me their gardening techniques, canning knowledge, sewing tips, crocheting, knitting, and the list goes on.  My husband is great with building and mechanics, he can build anything from what we have on hand.  These are all wonderful traits and life skills that I would like to pass onto my children.
